The VTP Cooperative Legislation Action (CoLA) Committee is active in the legislative process each year to identify bills important to the statewide organization membership, lobbying for and against the various bills that come before the General Assembly. From that activity, legislative scorecards are developed to track how our representatives align with our mission/goals.
