On July 22nd, two federal court rulings came down regarding the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA – “Obamacare”). The first resulted in a 2-1 decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit – considered the nation’s second highest court – in Halbig v. Burwell. In this case, the court ruled the Obama Administration is imposing taxes and spending funds (via the Internal Revenue Service
