We are only a few short days away from the upcoming legislative session. I have spent a great portion of the Christmas break reviewing and getting prepped on all the information that was sent out while I was neck deep in VA5 and VA9 campaigns.As many of you know the actual language of our Repeal Amendment has now been filed with the GAB and is HJ542,

I expect we are going to be asked many questions about how the Repeal Amendment would work and you amend the U.S. Constitution. We should be prepared to provide thoughtful answers. I have attached some FAQ’s.
There is a great amount of speculation and confusion floating around about the Repeal Amendment. Please remember that this has been endorsed by VA AG Ken Cuccinelli, Mark Levin, Judge Napolitano, Randy Barnett (Georgetown Constitutional Lawyer), Gov. Bob McDonnell, Congressman Bishop, etc.
There is serious traction now in 13 states with legislative and other leaders.

2011 is going to be a big year, and all eyes are on Virginia. We have a huge responsibility not only to our Commonwealth, but to our Republic. I have had many calls over the past few weeks asking about how we do it Virginia. I have told them all that is because we have a very special group of patriots in Virginia. We may not agree on everything exactly, but we love the same things, and we recognize that we are working for something greater than ourselves.
