We held our quarterly summit meeting today at the Crowne Plaze Hotel in downtown Richmond, with leadership from all across the state coming together to share information and develop strategies. We had an AMAZING turn-out today, with over 100 attendees. Key topics today included “team Building” with Mark Herr from the Center For Self-Governance and a panel discussion on privacy issues with prior attorney General Ken Cuccinelli, ACLU Virginia Director of Public Policy and Communications Frank Knapp, and CoLA Committee Privacy Protection Action Team leader Ben Slone.
With the next General Assembly session upon us, there’s lots of work to do. We all left energized and ready take all the knowledge gained back to our individual groups.
