The Virginia Republic Party now has an undisputed slate and is unified in support of all 3 executive candidates. At least, officially. Lt Gov. Winsome Sears for Governor, John Reid for Lt Gov. and Jason Miyares to be re-elected Atty General. The long-time positions and policies that each have supported and advanced has been grounded in sound fiscal, economic and societal governance and they all remain in good agreement on all the major issues and on substance. From educational standards and parental rights and protecting the children from adult pathological issues in the classroom to law enforcement and to common sense approach to our rights, each of the candidates remain in a unified stand on solid common ground on these major issues. There was a serious concern regarding issues of character and judgement with John Reid who is running for Lt. Gov. These matters were confronted and addressed in dramatic fashion among the leadership and concerned core constituents. The controversy was sorted out in a timely fashion in light of the deadlines for the candidates and the need to be clear in resolving the issue. As messy as it seemed, the matter was dealt with early and resolved. The party now has embraced the ticket without reservation. It is now a matter for the voters to decide. Any rehash of this settled issue from this moment forward, will only serve to confuse and divide which is where the left’s tactics usually dwells and it is the left which will benefit, since much of their policies and positions remain absolutely toxic.
The left will rarely have to endure this kind of turmoil due to the fact that there seems to be no cause too toxic or destructive that they will not embrace. An example of this is that over recent years, they have championed all manner of abusive and offensive school curriculum that cannot be defended in the light of day. They even resulted to calling upon the corrupt FBI to designate concerned parents at school board hearings as domestic terrorist to quell opposition. The support of men competing in girls’ sports or the support of illegal aliens who commit hard core crimes are other examples of how toxic the democrat party has become. They fight to impose this insanity on the American people without apology. This is the epitome of arrogance and can only functionally operate in the loving care of a corrupt media. It is well to remember that the democrat party has brutally purged all conservative democrats long ago and has all but eliminated any moderate democrats from their ranks. So now, our state is dealing with a party that is populated with the most extreme, insane, corrupt and criminal rank and file ever. They are dangerous and their policies, as we have seen in the last decade, will put all Americans at risk and inevitably foster crime and chaos.
So, in the months to come, the democrats with their corrupt allies of the press will try to sow division and animosity among the right. The press has long ago relinquished any vestige of credibility, nevertheless, it will be difficult to not have their reporting on scandals, real or not, affect us. At this point, we should offer the left and their media allies, the same consideration we would give a den of vipers and refocus on the issues. On the issues, we win and the left loses. For those who can’t vote for any particular candidate on this slate, maybe you can still offer your vote against the monsters that would take over power if they win. On policy and governance, the slate offered by the RPV is a good one and one that will build on the good work by the Youngkin administration. You can vote for this. If not, the lunatic left takes over. There is a towering mountain of bills that the democrats of the General Assembly have put forth and they are a horror show of insane policies just waiting to be imposed on us. That is something that you can vote against. We have to win this one. As important as the 2024 vote was for the survival of our nation, this 2025 vote for Virginia is just as important for our survival. Time to roll our sleeves once again, and, once more, beat back the democrat’s efforts to Make Virginia Bad Again!
